The “Hudka” is a traditional folk musical instrument from the state of Uttarakhand in Northern India. It is a type of drum made from a clay pot with animal skin stretched over the top surface. The instrument is played by striking the skin with the hands or with sticks to produce rhythmic beats and tones.
