Natural Forest Honey is collected from the hills of Badrinath and Kedarnath valley in the state of Uttarakhand. Sourced from the small scale farmers, this honey comes from the nectar collected by Indian Honey Bee (Apis Cerana Indica). Small scale farmers in the area are involved in terrace farming and cultivates a wide variety of flora which serves as the source of nectar for bees. Bees are reared by these small scale farmers using modern bee keeping techniques. Bees also feed on the flora that grows wild in the hills of Badrinath and Kedarnath valley between the elevations of 5,000-7,000 ft.

Our Natural Forest Honey is unprocessed and unpasteurized and does not have any added sugar or sweeteners. It is just strained to remove any residue left after extraction keeping all the natural characteristics found in raw honey fully intact. Once strained, raw honey is bottled and ready to be consumed.
